I have had the pleasure of volunteering as a parent-cook at St. Mary Star of the Sea School in Hampton, VA. Since we have an ACF Chef on staff at the school, he was able to provide lots of great opportunities to learn while I helped him prepare healthy food for the children!

I was very excited to participate in the Souper Stars Competition earlier this year. We made a Cream of Potato soup with a build-your-own garnish, and it was a huge hit! You can see pictures in the Education/My CIV Portfolio section of this site.

Classes are typically offered Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting at 6 pm.
