Advanced Baking and Pastry Term Project
For our Term Project, we were tasked with creating four plated desserts, with appropriate sauces and garnishes. While resources such as cookbooks could be utilized, the plating designs we came up with had to be original. Below is the bulk of my project. I did not include the original recipes, as they were taken from a published source which is copyright protected. Therefore, Parts 4 and 5 of the 6 part project are excluded from this site.

This portion of the assignment was to include pictures (either drawn or photographed) of our plated desserts. As I did not have pictures of two of these desserts that I have made, and the other two I have not made, unfortunately, my Chef Instructor was subjected to my hand-drawn artwork. "Artwork" is loosely used in this context! ;D
